Pet First Aid is very similar to human first aid.  It is the applied knowledge of how to keep an animal safe and calm in a medical emergency until Veterinary care can be obtained.  Walks'N'Wags has created an amazing course to showcase the best interventions for various medical emergencies and how to apply your knowledge of medical conditions, bandaging, splinting, choking, artificial respiration, cardio pulmonary resuscitation, etc to any situation.

Each course offered is $155.  This includes  10 hours of hands on instruction and practice, manual, quick guide and internationally recognized certificate.  Some of the topic areas include:

Medical Conditions

Heat and Cold Injuries

Bandaging

Splinting

Poisoning

Preventative Care

Choking

Artificial Respiration

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
